  • Blackberries - Pokey But Worth It

    Super sweet, giant, thumb-sized berries ready May-June!

  • Mulberries - Come See For Yourself

    A 3-5" long blackberry raspberry cross.

  • Muscadine Grapes

    Vines bear in August and again in November.   Fabulous grape flavor and a favorite for making jelly, syrup and wine!


  • Basil

    Fantastic with tomatoes or pasta.  Makes outrageously great pesto.

  • Catnip

    Use fresh or dried for making kitty toys.  Stuff leaves in tiny socks, secure tightly with rubber band, and let your favorite kitty have a blast.

  • Cat Grass

    Loved by cats everywhere, place growing plant where kitty can chew leaves.

  • Chives

    Adds soft onion or garlic flavor to salads, meats and potatoes.

  • Cilantro

    Freshly chopped, adds “authentic” taste in Mexican and Chinese cooking.

  • Dill

    Use in soup, eggs, and potato salad, or when making pickles.

  • Fennel

    Slight licorice flavor enhances eggs, salads, and meats; crunchy bulb is delicious roasted.

  • Marjoram

    Sweet pine and citrus flavors for soup, meat, sausage, or beans.

  • Mint

    We have banana, orange, lemon, pineapple, peppermint, chocolate, apple, and spearmint for refreshing drinks, cocoas, and teas.

  • Oregano

    Used fresh or dried in tomato sauces, on fish or in Italian cooking.

  • Parsley

    Delicious in Mediterranean cooking, salads, and soups.

  • Rosemary

    Use with meats, potatoes, turnips, and stews.

  • Sage

    The perfect herb for flavoring tomato dishes and stuffing.

  • Thyme

    We have both lemon and winter varieties.  Try it in beans, sauces, eggs, and sprinkled over vegetables.



  • Beans, Green

    Tender, sweet and nutty. Funky grows yard-long, yellow and purple varieties, too!

  • Beets

    Can't beet this!  Rich, earthy, and sweet.  Great in salads and for canning.

  • Baby Bok Choi  (Pak Choi)

    Crispy with a mild cabbage flavor, try in stir-fry, roasted or sauteed.

  • Brocolli

    Nothing says Winter Is Here like fresh brocolli!  Funky's brocolli is legendary and sells out fast.  It's sugar sweet and tender.  If you hate broccoli, you haven't tried ours!

  • Cabbage - Green, Red, Chinese & Savoy

    Mild cabbage flavor, perfect for steaming or making coleslaw.  Try shredded with cilantro and green onions to top tacos and tostadas!

  • Carrots

    Crunchy, high in vitamins, and perfectly sweet.  Great for snacking and making carrot cake or lime-pineapple Jello!  Try Funky's rainbow colored carrots for some silly snacking fun!

  • Cauliflower

    Brocolli's fairer cousin is fabulous when steamed and mashed with butter, salt, and cream.  Try our orange, white, purple, and green varieties!

  • Corn - Super Sweet

    Large, juicy and sweet kernels, ready May-Nov. Great for the BBQ. Funky likes to eat raw corn while it's still attached to the plant!

  • Cucumbers

    No burping after dinner! Super sweet and almost seedless.  Funky grows several varieties including long, crisp Armenian.

  • Eggplant

    Creamy and beautiful, the star of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Funky grows many varieties and colors, including white and fushia.

  • Garlic

    Funky chased off the vampires and offers silvery pink braids or giant Elephant bulbs for your protection!

  • Kohlrabi

    Looks alien, doesn't it?  Enjoy the sweet, water-chestnut flavor raw or steamed.  Fear not, they're fab!

  • Lettuces (Mixed Greens)

    Picked daily.  Who says you have to go to a fancy restaurant to enjoy tasty salad fixins?  Toss with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar.

  • Onion, Green

    You might call these chives on steriods.  Eat the white bulb for a stronger onion flavor and the green tips when you're on a date.

  • Onions

    Red, yellow, and white varieties offered for your cooking adventures!

  • Parsnip

    Carrot's less-sweet cousin is fantastic stewed with onions, carrots, and spices.

  • Pea, Sugar & Snow

    Crunchy, sugary, almost like candy. Eat raw, pod and all.  Enjoy the stems and leaves stuffed in Pita bread sandwiches.

  • Potatoes - Red, White, Blue and Yellow

    Yukon Gold yellows taste like they're drenched in butter. Patriots try red, white, and blue!

  • Pepper, Bell

    Sweet and crunchy in shades of yellow, red, orange, and green to liven up all of your cooking. Great fresh, steamed, fried, or baked.

  • Pepper, Hot (Lots of Varieties)

    Aye!  Like um' hot?  Us too.  Try our giant jalapenos stuffed with cheese and deep fried. Like um' mild? Funky has jalapenos without the kick, perfect for those who are heat-sensitive but not afraid to admit it.   Try our poblanos, serranos, and cayennes, too!

  • Squash, Summer

    So many choices, from yellow to striped, flat and round.  Try them all today.  Funky's butter squash is fantastic, really.  It tastes like it's dripping with butter!

    Yeah, they're really hard on the outside and kinda weird lookin, too. Bake, then mash with brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.

  • Tomato (Salad, Paste, Cherry, & Canning)

    Always vine-ripened.  No mushy, gourdy, or cardboardy flavors.  Try the grocery store for those.

  • Greens - Kale, Mustard, Collard, Turnip & Beet

    Grandpa's garden favorites may grow here, but if you cook them correctly, they won't taste like Grandpa!
